Because the kit is a digital download available immediately after purchase, sales are generally final.

• If a file is missing, damaged or can't be opened, email us and we'll fix it or refund you in full.
• If you ordered personalization and we don't deliver within 48 hours, you can request a full refund.
• One round of small personalization changes is included within 7 days of delivery.
• Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase and are paid back through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.
